Data/AI Product Owner

Total Site Solutions (TSS), Georgetown, TX. is seeking a dedicated Data & AI Technical Product Owner. The Data & AI Technical Product Owner is a strategic, execution‑focused role within the CTO organization responsible for leading the transformation of TSS operational platforms across production, inventory, forecasting, and intelligent automation. This individual will define and drive the roadmap for a scalable Data + AI operating foundation across the business, enabling operational visibility, production control, inventory optimization, and AI‑driven automation capabilities. The role requires a leader who can move fluidly between strategic roadmap ownership and hands‑on translation of business needs into technical requirements, while building trusted partnerships across the CTO, business, engineering, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities Product Ownership & Strategy Define and own the end‑to‑end roadmap for the TSS Data & AI platform. Translate operational challenges into scalable, prioritized product capabilities. Prioritize initiatives across inventory, work orders, forecasting, and reporting based on business impact and feasibility. Data Platform & Operational Foundation Lead the design of enterprise data products and pipelines that support core operational systems. Define and enforce standards for data quality, governance, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Enable a single source of truth across TSS systems to support consistent operational and financial reporting. AI & Intelligent Operations Define and prioritize AI use cases including forecasting, anomaly detection, and Agentic AI applications. Drive organization‑wide adoption of AI‑enabled workflows and intelligent automation. Lead the design of an Agentic AI operating layer for TSS, where intelligent agents orchestrate end‑to‑end workflows — transforming manual processes into real‑time, autonomous decision systems at scale. Cross‑Functional Leadership Serve as the bridge between the CTO organization, business stakeholders, engineering, and operations teams. Build and present roadmaps, progress updates, and strategic insights to leadership. Lead customer and stakeholder workshops to surface business objectives, workflows, pain points, and success metrics. Translate business needs into epics, features, user journeys, and outcome‑based requirements, and further translate those into technical requirements for engineering teams. Define scope boundaries and clarify priorities in partnership with customer and business stakeholders. Develop and maintain business context documentation, including process flows and workflow diagrams. Promote continuous improvement through structured feedback, inspection, and adaptation of the product roadmap. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in product ownership, data, or analytics roles, with a demonstrated passion for helping the business drive insights from data. Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end IT initiatives across multiple systems or platforms.Experience with MDM, ERP, Data Lake, Data Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and Data Governance platforms. Strong understanding of data modeling, Data Mesh architecture, ETL processes, and CI/CD pipelines. Proven track record of delivering successful products or features, including experience with AI rapid‑development practices such as fast experimentation cycles, prompt engineering, or shipping AI/ML‑powered features. Demonstrated ability to design or lead an Agentic AI operating layer where intelligent agents orchestrate end‑to‑end workflows at scale. Ability to make sound decisions and act in situations with incomplete information; highly analytical, organized, and deadline‑oriented self‑starter. Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI/ML systems and automation platforms. Knowledge of Kafka or other real‑time streaming technologies. Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics environments. Experience leading enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives. Hands‑on experience with AI rapid development processes, including AI/ML platforms, rapid prototyping, and iterative deployment of AI‑powered features.
