Ensures effective restaurant operations, resulting in consistent high food quality and cleanliness standards. Supports team members in training, development and recognition driven by an employer of choice mentality. Promotes and supports a 5-star guest experience. Velvet Taco is a temple to the liberated taco. We’re a one-of-a-kind taco concept serving a chef-driven menu in a unique & funky fast-casual setting. Founded on the idea that tacos don’t have to be associated with Tex-Mex cuisine and can be made with the same care and quality ingredients as fine dining, Velvet Taco is where “anything goes meets the art of the possible.” Some cool things about us: we use only the freshest ingredients available to offer a menu that explores the edge of multi-cultural boundaries, taking the taco to a whole new liberated level.
