General Manager Our client has engaged us to find a General Manager for an upscale, high-volume, full-service restaurant. This successful leader will work hand in hand with the service team to ensure all service standards are being met and expectations are exceeded. The ideal candidate can connect with people and has excellent contacts in the greater Scottsdale area. This individual must have strong people skills, a strong desire to develop others, great organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality. The right General Manager candidate must be a hardworking, organized, positive leader who can manage multiple moving parts and maintain firm control of financials.
