Salary: $45,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements:

• Active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• Six years of progressive experience in Information Processing, including three years specializing in Information Processing across a range of hardware and software solutions, and two years of hands-on experience installing equipment, diagnosing problems, and training customers in hardware and software use.
• One active certification from this list: CCNA-Security, CSA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP, CASP CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP or Associate, GCED, or GCIH.
• One active computing certification, or a related Microsoft computing certification for Server 2012 or above, from this list: AWS CS Specialty, AWS CSA Associate, AWS CSA Professional, AWS CSO Admin Associate, GCDA, MCSA: WS2016, MCSE: WS 2016, GCWN M, MC: Azure AA, or OCI Foundations.

• Diagnose and resolve issues reported by customers.
• Plan and analyze work processes, research problem trends and patterns, and report findings.
• Develop training materials and deliver computing and information system training.
• Create and maintain problem-tracking databases.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software, and perform backup and recovery operations.
• Migrate, update, and support DLA print and fax solutions.
• Consult with users to identify needs and requirements; conduct feasibility studies and trade-off analyses; and prepare business cases.
• Discover, migrate, and sustain DLAs Microsoft OneDrive presence.
• Apply information security and assurance policies, principles, and practices rigorously.
• Potentially support DLAs eProcurement system, part of its SAP-based enterprise resource planning system.

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to support the Enterprise Windows Admin Support Service (EWASS) for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). TekSynap is a growing technology company focused on helping federal government customers meet business needs through well-planned information management environments and responsive use of technology. The role may be based in Battle Creek, Michigan; Richmond or Fort Belvoir, Virginia; Philadelphia, New Cumberland, or Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania; Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma; Columbus or Dayton, Ohio; or Ogden, Utah. The work environment varies, with low-to-medium noise levels. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday on day shift, with occasional evening or weekend work possible to meet program and contract needs; travel is under 10%. The target salary range is $45,000–$60,000, with compensation determined by factors including qualifications and contract and organizational requirements.
