Receptionist (Part Time)

DPI Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Receptionist to join our customer's team in Vancouver, WA. In this role, you'll be the welcoming front line of the office, greeting visitors, keeping the front desk running smoothly, and supporting the team with a variety of administrative tasks. This is a part-time position, Monday through Friday from 9am to 1pm.
Apply Today! Pay: $ 24.15 /hour with an additional Health and Wellness stipend paid weekly Some of what you'll be doing:- Provide front desk coverage by greeting customers and clients with a warm, professional welcome
- Answer phones and direct calls as needed
- Follow outlined protocols for checking in visitors
- Reply to emails and requests in a timely, professional manner
- Handle data entry and see tasks through to completion
- Support day-to-day office operations, including scanning, creating badges, labeling, completing required training , and editing and formatting documents
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills and cross train with mailroom duties.
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a 5-panel drug screen
- Ability to pass a federal background check
- Strong skills in formatting, writing, attention to detail, and customer service
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace; general proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accuracy under quick turnaround times
- Comfortable shifting priorities quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Prior receptionist experience preferred
- Prior experience working in a federal or government building preferred
