Key Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina SLP license required
• CCC designation preferred, but strong CF candidates considered with district-provided supervision
• Experience with autism spectrum disorders and low cognitive disabilities is highly preferred
• Previous school-based SLP experience desirable
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional services in a diverse, inclusive school community

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to a caseload of up to 35 students
• Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and implement therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and school staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state guidelines
• Provide consultation and support to teachers regarding student needs
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for all students
