Warehouse Associate

Help Power the Team Behind Every Great InstallationAt Superior Fence & Rail, every successful installation starts in the warehouse. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in preparing materials, supporting installation crews, and helping maintain an organized operation that keeps jobs moving efficiently.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in doing things the right way, and understands that attention to detail matters. When installers leave with the right materials and jobs are prepared correctly, customers get a better experience, and you'll be a big part of making that happen.Key ResponsibilitiesPick and prepare materials for upcoming installation jobsRead Bills of Materials (BOMs) and accurately pull fencing componentsAssist with job staging to ensure crews have everything needed for installationPrepare materials for installation, including routing vinyl, cutting pickets, and other fabrication tasksReceive, unload, and organize incoming material deliveriesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and yardAssist with inventory counts and material organizationSupport the Warehouse Manager with daily warehouse operationsSafely operate warehouse equipment and forklifts (training provided if needed)What Success Looks LikeInstallation crews receive complete and accurate materialsJobs are staged correctly and ready on timeMaterials are prepared accurately and efficientlyThe warehouse remains clean, organized, and safeMinimal material errors, shortages, or job delaysQualificationsExperience:Warehouse experience preferredExperience operating forklifts or material-handling equipment is a plusExperience using basic hand and power tools preferredRequirements:Ability to lift and move fencing materials safely (50lbs +)Comfortable working both indoors and outdoorsReliable transportation and strong attendanceForklift certification is a plus (or willingness to become certified)We Live and Lead by Our Core ValuesAt Superior Fence & Rail, our Core Values guide how we hire, lead, solve problems, and serve our customers.
