Full‑time Description Billing Clerk Specialist We are seeking a detail‑oriented and organized Billing Clerk Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, and supporting the overall financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, meticulous, and capable of working efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and process invoices accurately and promptly Verify billing data and resolve discrepancies or issues Maintain and update billing records and databases Collaborate with other departments to ensure correct billing information Assist in month‑end closing activities related to billing Respond to billing inquiries from clients and internal teams Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Join our dynamic team and contribute to our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
