Assembly Operator

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as an Assembly Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for the meticulous assembly, precise testing, efficient troubleshooting, and meticulous repair of our esteemed customers' products. The ideal candidate will exhibit a commitment to safety, quality, timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Safety: Prioritizing safety protocols at all times, including the utilization of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to safeguard both personnel and products.
2. Quality: Consistently delivering work of the highest quality that not only meets but exceeds established standards.
3. Delivery: Executing assembly tasks within prescribed cycle times as outlined in standard work instructions.
4. Cost Management: Implementing strategies to minimize waste and reduce scrap through skillful and diligent practices.
5. Interpersonal Skills: Fostering a respectful and collaborative workplace environment conducive to effective teamwork.
6. Additional Duties: Flexibility to undertake any other tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in working with hands freely and adeptly, without any hindrance or limitation.
2. Demonstrated familiarity with hand tools and experience handling hand-held parts and fasteners.
3. Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting, prioritizing effective communication and cooperation with internal colleagues.
4. Willingness and capability to adhere to attendance requirements and follow the daily shop schedule diligently.

Physical Requirements:


This position may require the ability to perform tasks that involve standing, walking, lifting 50+ lbs, bending, stooping, computer work, working with live electricity, and other physical activities.
