The Springs of Pine Bluff, a premier Skilled Nursing Facility located at 6301 South Hazel St, Pine Bluff, AR 71603, is seeking a experienced, compassionate, and driven individual to join our team as a Full-Time RN Assistant Director Of Nursing.
Position: RN
Status: Full-Time
Qualifications:
- Valid Arkansas Nursing License
- Current CPR Certification
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with staff, residents, families, and visitors
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations of nursing activities in compliance with long-term care regulations.
- Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
- Collaborate with staff, residents, and families in a professional and tactful manner.
- Participate in on-call responsibilities.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the nursing team.
