What You’ll Be Doing Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management Bringing calm, structure and positivity into busy classrooms Supporting pupils with additional needs where required Helping ensure learning runs smoothly throughout the day Making a real difference in everyday classroom moments Who We’re Looking For Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience is ideal but not essential) Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support is welcome Friendly, adaptable and confident personality Comfortable working in new and varied school environments A genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed Why Join Remedy Education?
