You will be responsible for documenting all care in the electronic medical record system, monitoring progress with functional outcome measures, and updating treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals. A typical day may include scheduled one-on-one patient sessions, progress assessments, coordination of care with referring providers, and collaboration with other members of the rehab team. Patient volumes are structured to support both productivity and quality, allowing you to provide attentive, individualized care. You will have opportunities to participate in specialized programs such as fall risk reduction or performance-based rehab, depending on clinic needs and your professional interests. Shifts are generally daytime, Monday through Friday, offering regular hours and the ability to enjoy the coastal lifestyle before or after work.
