Responsibilities

Lead Clinical Operations strategy and oversight for assigned oncology programs and personnel
Represent Clinical Operations on Global Development Teams, influencing product development strategy
Manage cross-functional relationships globally to deliver programs on time, on budget, and with quality
Identify and mitigate emerging risks and issues across clinical studies and programs
Hire, develop, and retain direct and indirect reports; set performance goals and provide coaching

Requirements

Extensive clinical operations leadership experience in oncology drug development
Proven track record managing large teams and complex multi-program portfolios
Deep expertise in Phase I-IV clinical trial execution and regulatory compliance
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Experience with CRO oversight and vendor management
Financial acumen for program budgeting and resource allocation
Knowledge of study design, patient pathways, and data quality principles
