Creative Producer

We are looking for a hands-on, high-execution Creative Producer on a project-by-project basis to run the full pre-production, physical shoot, and post-production lifecycle for our live-action B2B ad campaigns.

In this role, you will be entirely responsible for bringing a creative brief to life. You know how to run a lean, efficient set, direct talent for authentic performances, and manage editors to deliver native, high-converting assets optimized for Google Ads (YouTube/PMax), TikTok, and Reddit. We will bring you the campaign objectives; you will deliver the finished, polished, and platform-ready ad suites.

Scope of Work & Deliverables

• Pre-Production: Handle all logistics for project shoots, including script breakdown, shot list creation, location scouting, scheduling, and sourcing/casting on-camera talent.
• On-Set Production & Direction: Act as the director and technical producer on set (studio or remote). Ensure high-quality lighting, crisp audio, and multiple takes of key visual hooks.
• Post-Production Management: Manage the full editing pipeline (whether working with our internal editors or your own freelance network). Oversee color, sound mixing, and graphic overlays.
• Platform-Native Delivery: Ensure the final delivery consists of a complete, modular asset package—delivering the specific vertical cuts needed for TikTok, text-heavy variants for Reddit, and multi-ratio variations for Google Performance Max.

Requirements

• 3+ years of freelance experience running end-to-end video production (pre-through post) specifically for digital paid media or growth agencies.
• The "Director" Eye: Proven ability to direct talent to capture both gritty, authentic, native UGC (for TikTok/Reddit) and polished, professional B2B product explainers.
• Technical Asset Fluency: You deeply understand ad specs, aspect ratios, safe zones, and how to maximize a single shoot to yield dozens of platform-specific deliverables.
• Toolkit: Access to your own professional or high-end mobile shooting kit (camera, lighting, audio) suitable for fast-paced, high-quality digital ad production.

Project Terms

• Engagement: Project-by-project basis.

• Compensation: Flat project fee / Day rate for production + Post-production milestones. Please submit your portfolio and standard rates with your application.

For New York and California applicants: The salary range for this position is $140,000 to $170,000 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors and are unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, certifications and work location. This range may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus targets, benefits and/or other applicable incentives.
