Es wird seit 2017 in allen Werken eingesetzt und verfolgt das Ziel, die tägliche Leistung nachhaltig zu verbessern und höchste Standards in der Fertigung zu sichern. Das System basiert auf sechs strategischen Säulen, die zentrale Themen in der Produktion abdecken – etwa die Organisation am Arbeitsplatz, Mitarbeiterschulungen, Wartung und Instandhaltung, Qualitätsmanagement und effiziente Problemlösung. Durch klar definierte Standards und strukturierte Vorgehensweisen schaffen wir ein Umfeld, das langfristig erfolgreiches und sicheres Arbeiten ermöglicht.**Was Sie Tun Werden*** Durchführung aller GPS-Aktivitäten einschließlich der Nachverfolgung eingeführter Standards sowie der maßgeblichen Gestaltung des Veränderungsprozesses, um die Werksprozesse voranzutreiben* Unterstützung des GPS-Managers und des Produktionsbereichs bei der Umsetzung von GPS* Verantwortung für und Administration des Ideenmanagements im zugeordneten Bereich* Crossfunktionale Zusammenarbeit mit den Säulen-Leitern und Säulen-Teams inkl. Coaching und Durchführung von Audits* Bearbeitung, Durchführung und Coaching von Verbesserungsprojekten nach gängigen Methoden (z.B. DMAIC, Kaizen, etc.)* Unterstützung und Coaching des zugeordneten Produktionsbereichs bei der Anwendung des Daily Management Systems (DMS) und der Governance-Prozesse (Steering Team Reviews, Projekt-Reviews, interne Meetings)* Koordinierung, Unterstützung und Durchführung von Schulungsmaßnahmen (Onboarding & Methodentraining)**Was Wir Suchen*** Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift* Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar* Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Einführung und Anwendung von KUV-Methoden und -Tools, dem Lean Operational Excellence Prozess und -Methoden, insbesondere im produzierenden Gewerbe von Vorteil* Bereitschaft zur selbstständigen Fortbildung zu internen GPS-Prozessen erforderlich* Hohe Motivation, Veränderungsprozesse zu begleiten und durchsetzungsstark voranzutreiben* Sicheres Auftreten, Überzeugungskraft und Präsentationsgeschick* Gute PC- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere MS Excel und MS Power Point) sind unerlässlichWir begrüßen Bewerber\*innen mit den unterschiedlichsten Hintergründen und Erfahrungen.
