Make a meaningful impact in a school setting located near Glendale, AZ by providing dedicated 1:1 nursing care for a student. This full-time, contract position runs from August 3 to May 21 and is an onsite role, allowing you to work directly within a supportive school community.

Ideal candidates will be confident in their ability to deliver 1:1 care, act with compassion, and respond promptly to students' health needs.

Qualifications & Licensure:

• Active, valid, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Arizona, or eligibility for a multistate license from a compact state
• Current CPR certification
• IVP fingerprint clearance card
• Experience in school nursing or pediatric care preferred
• Ability to manage the unique needs of a single student in the school environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized nursing care and health services to a student on a 1:1 basis throughout the school day
• Monitor and respond to student’s medical needs, administering medication or treatment as prescribed
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support the student’s educational and health goals
• Document care provided and maintain thorough records in compliance with school policies
• Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions
