Carrying (large cans, 3.5 lbs; pizza sauce 30 lbs; trays of pizza dough 12 lbs each). Pushing (trays on dollies 24-30; requires up to 7.5 lbs force). Climbing (infrequent navigation of stairs or ladders). Stooping/Bending, Crouching/Squatting (as necessary for pizza assembly, stocking shelves, cleaning). Reaching (up, down, forward; up to 72 inches). Hand tasks: continuous use of hands; forearm and wrist force for dough; manipulation of pizza peel, rolling cutter; pinching in cardboard box assembly; grasp of cans, phone, cutter, peel, boxes.
