This hands-on leadership role is responsible for directing all aspects of plant operations, including production, staffing, maintenance, food safety, quality assurance, employee safety, carcass yields, and financial performance.The Plant Manager will provide leadership to department managers and supervisors while ensuring production goals, quality standards, and regulatory requirements are consistently achieved. Responsibilities include improving plant efficiency and product yields, overseeing preventative maintenance and equipment reliability, managing staffing and labor performance, controlling operating costs, and maintaining accountability for plant P&L.
