Subir los planes de unidad en las plataformas académicas, teniendo en cuenta la malla curricular de sus áreas, las competencias transversales y la ruta creativa. Preparar diariamente sus talleres, con experiencias de aprendizaje significativo en los estudiantes. Diseñar evidencias que permitan a los estudiantes aplicar su conocimiento y demostrar sus aprendizajes. Incorporar en sus talleres diversos recursos físicos, tecnológicos, entre otros, de manera innovadora y sostenible para desarrollar ambientes de aprendizaje creativo. Elaborar y ejecutar acciones de mejora a la planeación curricular. Planear a partir de DUA (Diseño Universal de Aprendizaje). Incorporar estrategias que involucren y se refleje la diversidad en el aula. Tener presente las actividades estipuladas en el cronograma institucional. Asistir a tiempo a las supervisiones y ejecutarlas de manera activa. REALIZAR SEGUIMIENTO Y Y VALORACIÓN A ESTUDIANTES: Identificar y fortalecer los talentos y habilidades de los estudiantes; con el fin de desarrollar la mejor versión del ser. Retroalimentar continuamente el proceso de aprendizaje a los estudiantes para que logren un óptimo desempeño escolar. Registrar sistemáticamente y en tiempo real, en el software académico las notas, proyectos, etc. que deben desarrollar los estudiantes. Acordar con el director de Nivel, las estrategias para informar a los padres de familia sobre el proceso del estudiante, al finalizar periodo académico. Asistir a las reuniones de grado, seguimiento de estudiantes y tener presente las estrategias dadas-acordadas para cada estudiante, su aplicación en el aula y la comunicación con padres de familia en las entregas de informes. Registrar la información de cada estudiante en la plataforma: seguimiento de estudiantes, parents conference, recomendaciones, mi mejor versión. Generar de manera oportuna y proactiva reportes a Dirección de Nivel para la posible activación de un Protocolo de Atención Integral. Información oportuna y a tiempo cualquier situación referente a los estudiantes que debe ser de conocimiento de Dirección de Nivel. CUMPLIR CON LA PLANEACIÓN Y ORGANIZACIÓN DE ACTIVIDADES Y RESPONSABILIDADES DEL ÁREA ACADÉMICA: Asistir y participar activamente de las reuniones establecidas. Informar al director de Nivel cualquier novedad significativa de los estudiantes. Leer semanalmente Fuente y la agenda enviada por el Dirección de Nivel. Trabajar de forma colaborativa, en beneficio del proceso enseñanza- aprendizaje. Apoyar el desarrollo de proyectos estratégicos y académicos que le asigne el colegio.
