Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of physical therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement established treatment plans and document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient status and any changes in condition
• Maintain compliance with facility credentialing and documentation requirements prior to and during assignment
• Adhere to all facility dress code, safety, and operational policies as outlined during onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Washington or a valid Compact License (Washington and Alaska compact licenses accepted)
• Relevant clinical experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing requirements prior to assignment start
• Willingness to complete any additional documentation required by the facility outside of standard clearance processes

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in an outpatient or multi-site physical therapy setting
• Experience as a traveling PTA with familiarity navigating credentialing processes
