Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Operator in the Cell Assembly Department. We offer flexible shift options, including both day and night schedules. You will be working in a clean room environment, with the option of 12-hour rotating shifts or standard weekday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery as part of daily duties.
• Participate in packaging and moving parts and boxes throughout the plant.
• Ensure smooth and efficient machine operations.

Essential Skills

• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.
• 9 months tenure at each previous job.
• Ability to work in a clean room environment and comply with PPE requirements.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in production and general labor is advantageous.

Work Environment

Work in a large, meticulously clean, and brightly lit facility. The clean room environment is temperature-controlled, and adherence to 5S3K standards is essential. Expect to do significant walking between buildings and within the plant while wearing appropriate PPE, including garb and beard net if applicable.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holland, MI.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
