  Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Compensation: Guaranteed annual base salary with RVU-based production incentive
• Sign‑On Bonus: $80,000

  Qualifications

• Degree: MD or DO
• Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (ENT)
• Licensure: Active state medical license or ability to obtain one
