Geriatric Wound Care Nurse (RN/LPN)

Terrace of St. Cloud in the Town of Florida, NY, is seeking a Licensed Nurse specialized in wound care and treatment. The ideal candidate will manage patient treatments as per physician orders, conduct assessments, and document care effectively. The role includes responsibilities in skin condition monitoring and inventory management of medical supplies. The candidate must exhibit strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards patient care.
