You will partner with plant leaders to drive engagement, culture, and performance across hourly production teams, shaping workforce planning and leadership development. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in HR within manufacturing or logistics, with Workday HCM experience a plus and Spanish language skills a plus.
