Environmental Services Technician

Job Details Job Location: MVB - Independent Living, Bethlehem, PA 18018 Salary Range: $14.00 Hourly Responsibilities Perform general cleaning and sanitation of resident rooms, apartments, and common spaces. Follow departmental cleaning procedures and use approved facility cleaning chemicals. Adhere to infection control and waste removal/disposal protocols. Assist with work assignments outside regular duties when required by work volume, emergencies, or severe weather conditions. Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent (highly desirable). Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Ability to follow oral directions and demonstrate pleasant, tactful, courteous behavior. Comfortable working in well-lit areas and interacting with residents, family members, staff, and visitors who may be emotionally charged. Willingness to work outside during severe winter weather conditions. Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
