Pay: $18.00/hour (includes shift premium)
Location: Elkhart, IN
Hours: Training on 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM). After training, regular schedule is 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM .

Pro Resources is seeking a Team Lead to support printing press operations and final inspection in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing production quality, supporting operators, and ensuring workflow efficiency on the floor.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor printing press equipment
• Perform minor troubleshooting and routine maintenance
• Lead and support final inspection and packaging
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Ensure accurate production and inspection records
• Move materials between production and inspection areas
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Support and guide team members on the floor

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing experience required; flexographic printing preferred
• Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read work orders and use tape measure/precision tools
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Forklift experience preferred (training available)
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical tasks
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
