Shift: 1st Shift
Hours: 6:00 AM – Finish

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team in Ennis, TX. The ideal candidate will have prior quality assurance experience and a strong understanding of inspection processes, quality standards, and continuous improvement practices within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on incoming, in-process, and finished products.
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records.
• Identify defects and report quality issues to management.
• Assist with root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Ensure products meet customer and company quality requirements.
• Use measuring tools and inspection equipment accurately.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of Quality Assurance (QA) experience required.
• Previous manufacturing or production environment experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, specifications, and quality documents.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
