Engineering Manager

TRG Growth Practice is partnering with a global organization in the Building Products and Solutions sector on an exciting opportunity for a Engineering Manager to support a high-growth business unit with a clear trajectory forward. This leader will oversee a team of engineers and drafters responsible for application and product engineering across an established portfolio of engineered products. The role will focus on translating customer and job-site requirements into accurate designs, technical drawings, and manufacturable solutions while driving engineering performance, product compliance, and continuous improvement. This is a highly cross-functional position partnering with customers, sales, operations, and product development to ensure successful quoting, manufacturing, and installation. We’re seeking a leader who can: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and drafters Drive application engineering, site layout design, and technical solutions for civil construction projects Improve engineering execution through strong delivery metrics, first-pass yield, standard work, and process discipline Partner closely with customers, sales, and operations to move projects seamlessly from quote and design through manufacturing and installation Bring strong knowledge of civil site construction, manufactured products, and applicable codes and standards Drive continuous improvement, product standardization, and engineering best practices This is a compelling opportunity for an engineering leader who wants to step into a role with impact, visibility, and long-term upside inside an organization with strong market presence and ambitious growth plans.
