They are growing their sales team and are looking for an Account Manager who wants to take ownership of client relationships, uncover new opportunities, and directly impact revenue growth.This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career sales professional to step into a role with real ownership and upside. You'll manage an existing portfolio of clients, build relationships, identify opportunities to expand accounts, and introduce customers to solutions that can make a meaningful difference in their business.If you enjoy a consultative sales environment and are motivated by measurable results, this role offers the chance to build a strong career in the growing mortgage technology and advertising space.Account Manager ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.Take ownership of a portfolio of accounts and identify opportunities for account growth.Develop a strong understanding of client businesses, goals, and challenges.Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and solutions based on customer needs.Follow up with inbound leads while also conducting proactive outreach to prospective clients.Lead discovery conversations and uncover opportunities where additional solutions can provide value.Present products and solutions through phone and virtual meetings.Manage sales opportunities from initial conversation through close.Maintain regular communication with clients to support retention, satisfaction, and long-term relationships.Partner with internal teams to address customer questions and ensure a strong client experience.Keep account activity, opportunities, and sales information accurately updated in the CRM.Consistently work toward monthly sales and revenue goals.Account Manager QualificationsAt least 2 years of sales, account management, business development, or related experience.Understanding of the mortgage industry is required.B2B or inside sales experience requiredStrong communication and relationship-building skills.Comfortable having both inbound and outbound sales conversations.Consultative approach to understanding customer needs and recommending solutions.Motivated by measurable goals and a performance-driven environment.Comfortable working with CRM systems and other sales technology.Company BenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance401k with matchingPaid time off and holidaysCompensation: $75,000 - $80,000 (OTE: $110,000)
