Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 Job - South Burlington, VT
Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an OTR position that provides regular home time and low physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes across the Northeast with outstanding equipment and competitive compensation. Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving while adhering to a consistent schedule that ensures you return home each week.
Home Time:
- Enjoy weekly home time for a 34-hour reset.
- Our OTR routes are structured to guarantee steady miles while allowing you to spend quality time with family and handle personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Operate late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling.
- You can take your assigned truck and trailer home, provided there is safe parking available.
No Touch Freight:
- Primarily handle dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
- Minimal physical work required, allowing you to focus on driving and enhancing your efficiency.
Pay and Miles:
- Drivers can expect to earn between $1,000 to $1,450 weekly, based on mileage and performance.
- Additional pay includes detention pay per customer policy, layover pay of $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.
Running Area:
- Cover Northeast regional routes from Maine to Virginia, with all tolls managed through EZ Pass and toll cards.
