• In-house call -- 24-hour shifts, minimum 10 shifts per month
• Average 5 patients per shift
• OB/GYN department -- low and high risk pregnancies covered
• C-sections, VBAC, breech, and complicated deliveries required
• OB ultrasound performance and interpretation required
• Minor gyne procedures -- IUD, colposcopy, LEEP, cryosurgery
• Seeking 2 - 3 providers for consistent, long-term coverage
• Approximately 650 deliveries per year
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
