Main Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required) 

• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards 

• Experience with payroll, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management 

• Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) 

• Maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledgers 

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities 

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports 

• Monitor and manage payroll processing and related tax filings 

• Support the budgeting and forecasting process with accurate data and insights 

• Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements 

• Coordinate with external accountants during audits or year-end tax filings 

• Identify and implement improvements to accounting workflows and internal controls 

• Provide financial reporting support to leadership and department heads
