Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $5,070.00 per shift (flat rate, day/night)

What You ll Do

• Provide specialized critical care to pediatric patients in a regional Level II & III NICU, PICU, and pediatric units
• Participate in rounding with a multidisciplinary team including residents and specialists
• Respond to emergency medical conditions such as cardiac/respiratory arrest, sepsis, trauma, and complex surgical cases
• Perform procedures including airway management, chest tube insertion, arterial line placement, hemodialysis, and diagnostic taps
• Document patient care accurately in Epic EMR
• Collaborate with radiology, surgery, and specialist teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Support on-call responsibilities during weekends, providing emergent pediatric care as needed

What You Need
Required:

• Valid South Carolina medical license
• Board certification in Critical Care Medicine
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• DEA registration
• At least 1 year of pediatric ICU experience
• Willingness to work 24-hour shifts and weekends

Preferred:

• Experience in Level II & III NICU settings
• Familiarity with pediatric advanced procedures and protocols
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
