Job Details

Delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation in coordination with other health team members. Effectively interacts with the patient, significant others, and other health team members while maintaining high standards of professional nursing. Provides high quality care to the following patient populations: Adult cardiac/ telemetry, Stroke, Vascular intervention, Hemodynamic monitoring.

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse, ICU Experience: 1 year 6 months Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)(Copy needed) Certifications: ACLS

BLS

CERT-NIH Stroke Scale SSN Required DOB Required References: 2 References in entire work history SSN & DOB On-File Driver's License Copy On-File 2 Professional References, 1 must be from Supervisor Cerner EMR Experience Required
