Maintenance Technician

Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks a Full Time Maintenance Technician to support safe, welcoming facilities for clients and staff. In this role, you’ll perform routine and preventive maintenance, basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC tasks, and respond to work orders across our healthcare and social service programs. You’ll inspect buildings, address repairs promptly, and uphold safety and regulatory standards. Working in a faith-inspired, inclusive, trauma-informed culture, you’ll collaborate with caring teams while helping ensure our spaces remain safe, functional, and dignified for those we serve.
