Job Summary
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) Registered Nurse (RN) position in Middlebury, Vermont. This assignment involves providing high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical with telemetry setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of orientation.

Job Details

• Location: Middlebury, Vermont
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week, both Monday to Sunday with no block schedules for any reason. Bi-weekly orientations on Monday.
• Required Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) RN experience, AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification prior to start, experience with EMR systems (specifically EPIC) from within the past 2 years, prior travel experience preferred.
• Additional Information: Assignment duration of 13-16 weeks. Travel is not required.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Submission requirements: All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained. Complete work history information, including bed count, EMR, and facility type, is mandatory to submit the application.
