What You'll Do

• Lead daily patient dining and hospitality operations
• Coach, develop, and support frontline team members
• Drive a culture focused on service excellence and patient satisfaction
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily operational performance
• Ensure high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
• Partner with nursing and hospital leadership to deliver an exceptional patient experience

What We're Looking For

• Leadership experience in restaurants, hotels, hospitality, country clubs, senior living, catering, retail, or foodservice
• Strong team-building and coaching skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
