Labor & Employment Associate Attorney Benefits & Compensation Competitive base salary starting around $185,000+, with flexibility based on experience 1,850 billable hour requirement with bonus eligibility beginning at 1,950 hours, including a $10,000 bonus opportunity and additional production‑based incentives.
