Registered Nurse (RN) - AH Pineville - Float Pool - ICU FT Nights

Job Overview Department: 34102 Atrium Health Pineville – Nursing Float Pool (Full‑time) Hours: 36 per week (3 12‑hour night shifts per week, holiday rotation and weekend rotation) Pay Range: $38.20 – $57.30 per hour. Location: Medical ICU and Cardiovascular ICU at Atrium Health Pineville. Responsibilities Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring safe and therapeutic care in line with established standards, policies, and procedures. Apply evidence‑based practice, clinical decision‑making, compassion, and effective communication to create the safest patient environment and deliver the best patient experience across the continuum. Qualifications Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the practitioner is licensed. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association. At least 2 years of ICU experience required; CVICU experience preferred.
