About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Enterprise Solutions to lead the expansion of its proactive management platform across various industry verticals. This executive will be responsible for owning the P&L and long-term strategy for vertical expansion, as well as driving the growth of the customer base and revenue. The successful candidate will also be the highest point of escalation for executive relationships with engineering leaders, ensuring the success of the customer portfolio, and leading a team that executes day-to-day customer operations. Collaboration with senior executives at customer organizations and with the product development team is essential to inform the high-level roadmap and identify opportunities for product improvements based on customer feedback. Applicants for the VP of Enterprise Solutions position at the company should have a background that includes 2-5+ years as an executive leader of customer-facing project teams and 3+ years as a senior leader managing multiple teams.
