As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior staff, and drive continuous improvement of support processes while building meaningful client connections. Responsibilities - Oversee managed services operations for Clinical Application modules - Maintain system stability in line with operational objectives - Analyze intricate issues and provide practical solutions - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills - Drive ongoing improvements in support processes - Cultivate meaningful relationships with clients to understand their needs - Enhance technical knowledge within a dynamic healthcare setting - Advance personal brand through professional development initiatives What You Must Have - Bachelor's Degree - At least 4 years of experience in Clinical Applications management What Sets You Apart - Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration/Management preferred - Proven experience in mentoring and team leadership - Demonstrating advanced problem-solving and technical skills - Excelling in communication with diverse stakeholders - Leading cross-team collaboration across time zones - Analyzing incident trends for continuous improvement - Understanding healthcare workflows and regulatory requirements - Developing training materials for end-user support - Creating and maintaining operational documentation Travel Requirements Up to 40% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
