Responsibilities

• Responsible for customer sales intereaction to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening, closing, coordinate with forman and customers scheduling of fabrication and installation crew .
• Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, purchasing, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities.
• Recruit, interview, train, and develop staff to build a high-performing team aligned with company standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles within the retail industry.
• Strong leadership skills with demonstrated success in managing teams and supervising staff.
• Excellent people skills necessary for success.
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
• Experience with employee training & development.
• Skilled in negotiation, pricing strategies, merchandising, and operational management.
• Knowledge of retail store product knowledge is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for retail math calculations including sales tracking and inventory control.
