Shipping ClerkConsider joining the Pennex family as a Shipping Clerk in our Leetonia, OH location. The Shipping Clerk prepares shipping paperwork for trucks, stages metal for shipment, and loads/unloads small box trucks.ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Prepares shipping BOL's, Manifests, Tickets, and other related documents.Assists with coordination of outside processing to include scheduling pickups and deliveries.Stages metal on the floor for upcoming shipments.Load and unload trucks with tow motor.Coordinate and schedule with driversEnter shipping information into customer-specific portals.Assist with maintaining accurate inventory data and participate in monthly/quarterly inventory counts.Maintain and update data in various computer systems including, but not limited to, Microsoft Excel and ERP Systems (ie: Epics, Epicore, Dynamics365.)Maintain a neat and orderly work area, including general housekeeping of the work area.
