The DME Coordinator works with the DME Director, providers and clinical staff to ensure patients receive outstanding care instruction to ensure that they understand how to use durable medical equipment./ppJob responsibilities:/ppEducates patients as to the financial responsibility associated with their DME/ppResponsible for the DME inventory management at assigned clinical locations and administrative duties within the DME program/ppServes as point of contact for Billing, Insurance Verification and DME Surgery Coordinator at assigned clinics/ppKnowledge and Skills:/ppExcellent customer service/patient care skills/ppExceptional organization and communication skills/ppMust have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment/ppAnticipate and responds to customer needs; follows up until needs are met/ppPerformance Improvement/Problem-Solving:/ppContribute to a positive work environment/ppDemonstrate flexibility and willingness to change/ppIdentify opportunities to improve clinical and administrative processes/ppMake appropriate decisions, using sound judgment/ppRequirements:/pulliHS Diploma or Equivalent/liliPhysical health sufficient to meet the ergonomic standards and demands of the position (Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs.)/li/ulpBenefits:/pp401(k)/ppDental insurance/ppHealth insurance/ppLife insurance/ppPaid time off/ppSchedule:/pp8 hour shift/ppDay shift/ppMonday to Friday/ppCOVID-19 considerations:/ppOur clinic has a Covid vaccination mandate which requires 100% of our staff be fully vaccinated by October 1, 2021.
