Maintenance Supervisor | Brookside Serving Mt Juliet, Watertown, and McMinnville Reliable Transportation Required Are you a skilled maintenance professional ready to take the next step in your career? Brookside is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to support our small apartment communities in Middle Tennessee. What You’ll Do: Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, drywall/painting, and more Complete unit turns, exterior, and grounds maintenance Travel to properties to provide hands‑on support and resolve complex maintenance issues Guide and support on‑site teams while ensuring safety and quality standards What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience (USDA housing experience preferred) Strong HVAC skills with EPA Type II or Universal certification required Well‑rounded knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, pools a plus) Availability for after‑hours calls Reliable transportation and basic tools Strong communication skills with residents, staff, and vendors What We Offer: Competitive pay with monthly and quarterly bonuses Paid holidays & generous PTO (120hrs starting, 160hrs at 5 years) Health, dental, and vision plan options Company‑paid life insurance Excellent 401(k) with company match Opportunities for growth with a stable, long‑standing company #J-18808-Ljbffr Brookside-Properties,-In
