Assembly Operator

We are hiring motivated individuals for an Assembly Operator position in a team-based manufacturing environment. This is a great entry-level opportunity with training provided and room to grow.

• Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• $19.00–$22.00/hour (based on experience)
• Contract to hire opportunity

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components using work instructions and prints
• Use basic hand tools such as screwdrivers and similar equipment
• Perform light electronic assembly, including soldering (training provided)
• Follow step-by-step procedures to meet quality and production standards
• Use a computer to view instructions and enter basic production information
• Work with a team to meet daily production goals

• Ability to use basic hand tools
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to read and follow instructions in English
• Basic computer skills (Windows, Excel, Word)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Assembly, manufacturing, or production experience
• Experience with soldering or electronics

• Team-oriented manufacturing environment
• Hands-on role working with small parts and tools

This is a Contract position based out of Westminster, CO.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Westminster,CO.

This position is anticipated to close on May 31, 2026.
