Religion Teacher

Position Type High School Teaching / Religious Studies Red Bank Catholic High School is seeking a dedicated and faith-filled Religion Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will be a practicing Catholic who is committed to the mission of Catholic education and passionate about helping students grow in faith, knowledge, moral understanding, and service to others. Key Responsibilities The ideal candidate will: Have a strong understanding of Catholic doctrine, Scripture, theology, and Church tradition Have competency in Catholic Social Teaching, including the Church's moral and theological wisdom regarding human dignity, the common good, poverty, economic justice, human rights, and the responsibilities of individuals and institutions in society Possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Theology or a related field Have strong classroom management skills and experience teaching at the high school level Demonstrate a commitment to supporting the spiritual, academic, and personal growth of students Have the ability to engage high school students in meaningful discussion and reflection Have a collaborative spirit and willingness to contribute to the broader life of the school community Application Process Interested candidates should submit a cover letter, resume, and references to: Mrs. Nicole Piroso, Supervisor of Curriculum and Instruction (View email address on click.appcast.io). Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is $42,000 to $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
