Our commitment to providing exceptional care is exemplified by our dedicated EMS professionals who respond to over 16500 calls each year ensuring swift and expert medical assistance to those in need.Your Impactful Role: As a Paramedic with CentraCare in the Monticello Big Lake area you will be at the forefront of delivering advanced pre-hospital emergency patient care and transportation. From neonates to geriatric patients your expertise will be crucial in providing both emergent and non-emergent services to individuals across the surrounding communities. Your dedication will be instrumental in saving lives and providing comfort during times of crisis.Pay and Benefits: Starting pay begins at 30.83 per hour and increases with experience. Pay range: 30.83 - 44.58 per hour. Benefits include: medical, dental, vacation accrual, retirement, employee discounts and more! Work on our EMS team and get free continuing education through Flight Bridge to maintain and renew your certifications.Schedule: 72 hours every two weeks. Various 12-hour shifts based on schedule block. Includes weekends and holidays.Qualifications: Certificate completion of an accredited Paramedic Program. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification. NIMMS 100 200 700 certifications able to obtain within 3 months. Paramedic Valid current National Registry State of Minnesota Paramedic certification or provisional certification required if applicable. Valid Minnesota Class D driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
