Bilingual Office Support Specialist

Job Overview

Pay Range: $14.7hr - $19.7hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• 1+ years of experience in administrative support or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Performs receptionist responsibilities including greeting callers warmly and ascertaining reason for calling.
• Answers inquiries and provides routine information including necessary information for referrals to other internal and external units.
• Greets visitors at the regional office and ensures appropriate personnel are notified.
• Performs general clerical functions to support the regional office including handling all incoming and outgoing mail and distributing incoming mail to appropriate personnel.
• Maintains familiarity with office equipment and points of contact for additional support.
• Maintains appropriate stock of office supplies.
• Coordinates the use of meeting space for trainings and meetings.
• Manages conference room calendars.
• Sets up and breaks down rooms before and after meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualification And Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
