Paraprofessional / SPED Facilitator – Akron, OH

We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Paraprofessional / SPED Facilitator to support students and staff in a school setting in Akron, Ohio.

Position Details

  • Full-time position
  • 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Facilitation of virtual special education services
  • Provide academic support to students in 1:1 and small group settings
  • Pull students for scheduled services and interventions
  • Collaborate with SPED team members and school staff throughout the building
  • Assist with SPED file management and documentation
  • Support student success through organization, communication, and teamwork

Qualifications

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to student and staff needs
  • Experience working with students in educational or special education settings preferred

The ideal candidate is organized, student-centered, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced school environment.
